Our mission is to give visitors first-hand, exclusive access to Brazil’s finest mines and gem and jewelry hotspots. We work closely with respected miners, cutters, and designers to offer guests rare access to the country’s most celebrated historical and cultural locales. Guests enjoy private access to private homes and ateliers, elegant accommodations, and a well-paced program that looks at the industry and the country through a cultural and artistic lens. Each visit is guided by professionals who understand not only the beauty of Brazilian gems and jewelry but also the geology, history, and artistry behind them.

The Tropic of Capricorn is the line that runs across the globe, denoting the southernmost tropical point of the earth’s latitude. In Brazil, it runs through São Paulo, the starting point of all our adventures. The city is Brazil’s travel hub and point of entry, with dozens of daily, direct flights from the U.S. It is also a stunningly cosmopolitan city, filled with chic jewelry ateliers and art galleries that always surprises visitors with its diversity and sophistication.

We will travel to active mines and private studios, meeting with mine owners and lapidaries who continue this legacy today. The tour will take us to Ouro Preto, where centuries-old architecture and cobbled streets tell stories of gold and gemstone discovery, as well as Itabira, to visit the Belmont Emerald Mine. This is the time and place to buy straight from the source.
São Paulo: Brazil's creative and cultural capital
A chance to explore the city’s art galleries, design districts, and private jewelry ateliers — places where Brazil’s mineral treasures are reimagined through modern craftsmanship. Private meetings and exclusive studio visits offer a window into the future of Brazilian luxury.
